Common Questions
FAQ
When does the Shop open to everyone?
When the calibration is complete and the editor ships. Watch the Vox-Net for the dispatch announcing it.
Can I refund an item I bought?
No. Purchases are final. Read the item description before you spend; the catalog shows every angle of every piece.
Do items give me any combat benefit?
No. The Shop is cosmetic only. Throne Geld earned in difficult fights buys recognition, not advantage.
Can I buy items for a brother?
Not at present. Geld is personal and so is the purchase. A gifting rite may come later.
Why does my profile show a Discord avatar instead of a Vox-Portrait?
Until you compose a Vox-Portrait or upload a custom avatar, the chapter falls back to your Discord avatar. Both are valid; the Vox-Portrait is the chapter's heraldic preference.
